Machine Drivers Library,
the industrial driver library

Over 5,000 preconfigured drivers for PLCs, CNCs, robots, sensors and legacy devices. You search for your machine model, from Siemens to Fanuc, from Heidenhain to Mitsubishi, and the driver configures communication on its own via OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, Profinet or the device’s native protocol.

  • Hundreds of drivers for older machines, with proprietary or serial protocols.
  • With the Driver Editor you create custom drivers and save them in your Private Library.
  • If a driver is missing, the Alleantia team develops it on request.

Sample data

Clean, structured data,
right in the factory

Alleantia Core works at the edge: it acquires, normalizes and contextualizes data directly in the factory, before transmitting it. This way every machine, of any brand, age or model, speaks the same language.

  • A semantic model of your machines that Alleantia Insights reuses for analytics.
  • Automatic detection of available variables, to build datasets in a few steps.
  • A structured, secure, ready-to-use data stream for every application.

wherever it’s needed

Choose the connector for the target platform: cloud, MES, ERP, database or any system via REST API and MQTT. The same data can go to multiple destinations at the same time, and applications can also read it from Core as an OPC UA and Modbus server.

Frequently asked questions

Alleantia Core at a glance

What is Alleantia Core?

It is the connectivity layer of the Alleantia Industrial Intelligence platform. It connects any industrial asset, such as PLCs, sensors, CNCs, robots and legacy systems, to cloud applications, MES, ERP and IT platforms, regardless of brand, age or protocol. It works at the edge and requires no coding, thanks to over 70 built-in industrial protocols and a library of more than 5,000 drivers.

What is the Machine Drivers Library?

It is the industrial driver library of Alleantia Core: over 5,000 preconfigured drivers for PLCs, CNCs, robots, sensors and legacy devices. If a driver is missing, you create it with the Driver Editor and save it in your Private Library, or you request it from the Alleantia team.

Which systems does Alleantia Core install on?

On Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi and Docker, as well as on Cisco IOx gateways and Azure IoT Edge. It installs in a few minutes on PCs, IPCs, gateways or in the cloud.

Does Alleantia Core also work with legacy machines?

Yes. The library includes hundreds of drivers for older machines with proprietary or serial protocols. If the driver is not available, you can create it with the Driver Editor or request it from the Alleantia team.

How many devices can I connect?

It depends on the plan. The Entry plan supports a limited number of devices, while the Professional and Enterprise plans scale with the available hardware. Details are on the Plans and Pricing page.

How is data protected?

Alleantia Core works at the edge: data is processed in the factory before being sent to the cloud. All communications are encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher, and the software supports air-gapped architectures for high-security environments.

What is the difference between Alleantia Core and Alleantia Insights?

Alleantia Core is the connectivity layer: it collects, normalizes and transmits machine data. Alleantia Insights is the analytics layer: it manages data, creates and runs insights, and feeds dashboards and notifications. The two modules integrate natively and can be used together or separately.
