Alleantia Insights
Alleantia Insights processes machine data, puts it in context with data from your business systems and turns it into information you can act on. It is used by people on the factory floor and by industrial AI agents, which can also work autonomously.
Clear Insights. Better decisions.

Create
Three ways to create an insight, depending on who builds it. The result is always the same: a reusable, versioned analysis that is yours.
Describe the analysis you need and the Coder Agent writes it, tests it in a sandbox and saves it.
Build the insight by connecting blocks, without writing code.
Developers work with the SDK and standard Python, with code versioned in Git.
Approval before production. Every insight goes through a review by your team, even when an agent writes it.
Why Alleantia Insights
Build an insight on one line and bring it to other machines and other plants. Each replica starts from an already validated analysis, so results come sooner.
Variables arrive already structured from Alleantia Core and are combined with data from business systems and other sources.
The same insight works on different machines and production sites, with versioning and auditing of every change.
Insights run on schedule and results go straight to dashboards, notifications, external systems and AI agents.
KPIs calculated the same way everywhere make lines and sites comparable and show where to act.
Each new department starts from existing insights and becomes operational with less development.
Grafana, Power BI, Tableau, Apache Superset or the tool you already use.
Insight examples
Some of the analyses you can create on your own with Alleantia Insights and distribute to dashboards, notifications and AI agents.
Machine availability, performance and quality in a single indicator.
KPI
Good parts out of total production, by machine, shift or order.
Quality
Energy consumed per unit produced, to identify waste and drift.
Energy
Machine learning models that estimate scrap risk from process parameters.
Machine learning
Completion percentage and estimated remaining time, also as a notification.
Notifications
Trends in cycle times and parts produced over the period.
Production
Production counts and the ratio of scrap to parts processed.

Who it’s for
People and AI agents work on the same insights, which become part of the Factory Knowledge: a single, always up-to-date base for every department.
Operators and production, maintenance and quality managers get the data they need when they need it.
Insights become tools available to the agents, which use them to answer questions and run analyses on factory data.
Databases, insights and executions reside on your servers, including in isolated environments.
Every communication between insights and external services is mediated and tracked by the platform.
API keys and passwords encrypted at rest and in transit, used by reference.
Insight code synced to Git repositories, with a full change history.
Python and polars for analytics, MQTT and REST for incoming data.
Grafana recommended, with the freedom to use Power BI, Tableau or Apache Superset.

Frequently asked questions
It is the analytics module of Alleantia Industrial Intelligence. It combines the machine data collected by Alleantia Core with production context and turns it into reusable KPIs, dashboards and alerts that you create on your own and that are used by both people and AI agents.
In your infrastructure, together with Alleantia Core and Alleantia Agents. Databases, insight code and results stay on your servers. The platform also supports isolated (air-gapped) environments.
The Ingestor reads Alleantia Core telemetry through an MQTT broker and continuously populates the analytics database. It can also query REST APIs to add contextual data from other systems.
No. With the Copilot you describe the insight you need in natural language and the Alleantia Coder Agent writes it directly in the platform. Alternatively, the prompt builder prepares a prompt to use with your AI assistant.
Yes. Insights accept parameters, so the same code can be scheduled multiple times on different machines. Versioning on Git repositories lets you distribute them across multiple instances of the platform.
Yes. We recommend Grafana for dashboards, but it is not part of the platform and can be replaced with Power BI, Tableau, Apache Superset or other similar tools.
Yes. Any insight can be made available to Alleantia Agents, which uses it to answer questions in natural language. With an LLM installed in your infrastructure, no data leaves your company.
