About us
Our story
Alleantia was founded in Pisa in 2011 from an intuition of Stefano Linari, today Chairman & CEO, ahead of the rise of Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0.
Every factory speaks many languages. PLCs, CNCs, robots, sensors and legacy systems of different brands and ages, often with proprietary protocols, that were never designed to talk to each other or to business software. That is where we started: connecting any industrial device in minutes, without replacing existing infrastructure and without writing code.
Today that idea is called Alleantia Industrial Intelligence: a platform that feeds on machine data, learns and answers, without depending on software development cycles. We install it in your infrastructure, so your data and intellectual property always stay under your control.

Leadership
Stefano Linari
He holds a doctorate in Nuclear Engineering and was part of the CERN team that worked on the discovery of the Higgs boson. Then came Industry 4.0 and the founding of Alleantia, which industry analysts called “one of the most forceful potential disruptors”.
Antonio Conati Barbaro
Almost thirty years of experience in software, telecommunication networks, services and high-tech companies. He runs Alleantia’s operations and is the company’s deus ex machina.
Carlo Alberto Marcoaldi
Board Member
Almost half a century of experience, from chemical engineering to manufacturing logistics and operations, to sustainability advisory for multinationals. Over the last decade he has been a business angel and fundraiser for hi-tech startups and social impact initiatives.
